Residenz offers a limited number of parking spaces on our private parking area (€24.50 per night). Public parking at Sweelinckplein and surrounding streets costs €2.75 per hour (max €30.25 per day).

The city center is a 20-minute walk via Zeeheldenkwartier. The harbor is also 20 minutes on foot via Frederik Hendriklaan. By public transport or bicycle, both the city center and beach are reachable within 10 minutes.
How far is Residenz from international organizations?
World Forum, OPCW, Europol, Eurojust and the Peace Palace are within walking distance. The ICC and NATO Communications and Information Agency can be reached within 20 minutes by bike.

What is the advantage of booking directly with the hotel?
When you book directly, we will include breakfast free of charge. When you book through Booking.com or Expedia, you can add breakfast (€19.50 per person per night)
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel free of charge until 24 hours before the day of arrival. Example: Check-in is May 14. You can cancel free of charge until May 12.
What time can I check in?
Rooms are available from approximately 2:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you may leave your luggage with us.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is possible until 12:00 noon. Leave your luggage with us and enjoy city or beach a bit longer.

Is breakfast included?
When booking directly through our website, breakfast is included. For OTA bookings, breakfast can be added separately.
What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM. Earlier or later service is possible upon request.
What does breakfast consist of?
Breakfast includes fresh fruit salad, orange juice, egg, yogurt or smoothie, various breads, cheese and cold cuts. Dietary requirements can be accommodated.
Can I have breakfast in my room?
You may enjoy breakfast downstairs or have it served in your room at no additional cost.

Can you provide extra beds?
For kids 0-4 we can provide a cot free of charge. For older children and adults, you can book an extra bed in the Business Suite for an additional charge.

The available internet speed is 2.5 Gbit per second. You can work, stream or game comfortably.

Yes. Each room has a private en-suite bathroom with a solid door to ensure privacy.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted at Boutique Hotel Residenz. Even if they are small, silent and cute :).

No, there is no elevator in the building.
